Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Dog Training and Boarding Services Thank you for choosing K9ZAYY for your dog training and boarding needs. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, please review our cancellation policy: Training Sessions: Cancellation Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a training session. This allows us to offer your spot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without providing prior notice, we may need to review your future booking privileges, as it can impact our ability to serve other clients. Boarding Services: Cancellation Notice: For boarding reservations, we ask for a 24 hour notice for cancellations to allow us to adjust our schedule and availability for other dogs. No Show Policy: If you fail to drop off your dog for the scheduled boarding without any prior notice, we may review your future reservations, as we reserve spaces specifically for your dog. Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to special circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs. Payment & Refunds: Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise discussed. Refunds are not issued for cancellations; however, we are happy to offer the opportunity to reschedule your services within a reasonable timeframe.
